Suits- You know what, eff that guy. That Green guy working for Gibbs. Not for refusing to help them with a mistrial. But to have the gall to be all, "Haven't you ever made a mistake?" So what, you should skate for your mistake, but they shouldn't for theirs? Truthfully, yes, if Mike got found guilty, Harvey should absolutely toss that guy under the bus. Because at that point, if they're going to convict Mike for fraud, they might as well convict Green, because he's totally a fraud too. And not out of spite, but because its the law.
Yes, unlike Mike, he technically went to law school, but he only got into law school because Mike took his LSATs for him. All these other punks who paid Mike to take their tests for them in my opinion are way worse. Mike fulfilled the requirements to go to law school. They cheated their way in. Maybe once they got in, they got their act together and would pass the LSATs if they ever had to retake it. Or they could've possibly just BS-ed their way through their coursework or cheated again. At no point has Mike demonstrated an inability to lawyer, but these people have.
And it continues to frustrate me that they don't bring up the fact that Mike got into Harvard, he just go railroaded trying to clean up one of Trevor's messes. As I've said before, letter of the law, Mike is a fraud. But he technically would have gone to Harvard, and obviously has the ability to have passed if he did. Its just unfortunate that he didn't get the chance to.
It'll be curious to see how things shake out. Like Mike and Harvey are all ready to fall on their swords, as if keeping everyone out of jail is a win. Even Jessica is fine with a mistrial, but honestly, I think the only way they get out of this unscathed is if Mike is found innocent. Because even if someone takes the blame for everyone else, people will still know Mike is a fraud. And the firm is already losing potentials because of the stink, their enemies are already circling to strike. Mike being anything other than innocent will be the final nail in the coffin. They may not go to jail, but the firm will go under and that would be just as bad for some of them.
