TV commentary:

The 100- Not sure what to say about this ep. I still don't buy Bellamy being so pro-Pike. I get he just lost his gf. And even before the Mt Weather attack, he wasn't exactly the Grounders #1 fan. But that's a far cry for going along with just butchering a bunch of people in the middle of the night. Even if he spared Indra.

And even though some of the Sky People are pro-Grounder and secretly help them, I can't believe they'd just stand idly by and let that massacre happen. Its one thing to hate the Grounders, its another to bushwhack and slaughter them. Like they said, the vote was close, no way was this the will of their entire people. There would be enough people to resist if they wanted to. Which is the frustrating thing about Mr Lawful Kane, because Pike was rightfully elected, he thinks he has no recourse. Fuck that, get your followers and take his dangerous ass out.

I mean, I know it sets a bad precedent, if an election doesn't go your way, you can't just rebel. But I think in certain situations, when those in powers action will destroy everyone, you have to do something. I mean, yes, 10 guys with guns took down 300 grounders, but they had to ambush them. Like they weren't even thinking they'd be attacked by Arkadia, they were looking out for the Ice Nation. If Lexa got the armies of the 12 clans to come there, they'd be toast.

Of course, I don't think the Skaikru should be ended for their treachery. And they can't, this show is about their transition from the Ark to Earth. Some people are pissed that Clarke talked Lexa out of calling forth her armies, that she's going to get the Commander killed because the Coalition will want blood. And this is yet another action that can be used against her. But that's bullshit- Lexa has always been a visionary. These are the kinda of changes she's been wanting to make! So Lexa is not whipped for listening to Clarke. She's always been trying to bring her people to the future. And not slaughtering Skaikru wholesale for the actions of a few assholes is a step towards that.

Interesting, Alie prompts Jaha to recruit Raven. It takes a while, but Raven is so downtrodden and pain ridden by the end of the ep, she takes the pill. Her pain goes away, and sees Alie. I always thought the pill was just some kinda weird bio-interface to Alie's network. Like the disfigured grounders looking unfreakish in the City of Light simulation (or I guess since they're vision is always altered, maybe they no longer see themselves as freakish?), not being a freak prolly helps their mental state.

But Raven has an actual physical injury. Does the pill heal ailments? Or is it just overriding Raven's pain receptors so she doesn't feel pain, and she could possibly be hurting herself since she'd be walking on an injured leg as if she was not injured?

Meanwhile, Murphy and Emori have a little falling out from their highwayman spree because she wants to find her brother (too bad she doesn't know he got killed at Arkadia). They make up just in time for Murphy to get captured by Grounders for his thieving activities. (Emori manages to hide) But, they find the pill in his pack, and apparently the symbol on it is "the sacred symbol". I guess we'll find out what happens from this next week.
