Finally, I'm caught up with TV since there's too much TV on Monday and I only just finished watching the last of it.
NCIS: LA- Weird, I understand why they had shuffled the Supergirl ep, because it had terrorist attacks, but its a little odd they had switched this NCIS: LA ep around. Is it just because it involved ISIS? Because the team was dealing with a recruitment thing, not an attack/imminent attack thing. Also, how weird is it going to be for those girls after all this? I mean, they got into this situation because they were facing social stresses. Like the first girl had recently had a falling out with her friends because she got pushed down to JV so her former teammates stopped socializing with her, leaving a void that the recruiters exploited.
So its like, even if Kensi's speech was enough to convince them to change their minds, they still almost ran off to become child brides for ISIS. Which is pretty weird, especially if other people found out. All, "remember the time you almost fled the country to become a breeder for a terrorist organization?!"
Anyways, Deeks gets arrested at the end of this, so I guess they didn't just switch the ep last week with this week, and last week's ep comes much later in the season? Heh, I read a recapper talk about how last week's ep was kinda a standalone ep and could take place at any point in the season. Well, obviously not between the ep that aired on Monday and the ep after it since Deeks got arrested. And its fine to switch if the audience doesn't know its switched. Because otherwise, last week's ep is kinda a huge spoiler.
Like, if Deeks is just running around find and joshing with the rest of the crew- 1) he obviously does not get convicted and 2) it doesn't hurt his and Kensi's relationship since they're still together in last week's ep!
