OUAT- Ha, the iZombie reference with Dr Whale was kinda funny. But part 1 of the two parter, we finally learn what happened in Camelot and Emma's plan! So back in Camelot, Arthur and Zelena want to trade Emma's loved ones for the Promethean flame to restore Excalibur. Emma pretends to deal, but then attacks them. Arthur tries to use Merlin to stop her, but they convince him to use force of will to disobey. So he does and the gang manages to get Excalibur back and cause Zelena and Arthur to flee. But not before Arthur gives Hook a slight nick with Excalibur.
It doesn't seem like a big deal at first, its a small cut, and Emma heals it. But they forget things cut by Excalibur can't actually be healed. So when Emma tries to reforge the sword, Hook starts to bleed out. Emma solves this by untethering Merlin from the sword part and tethering Killian to it. But that makes him a second dark one.
So, this whole time back in Storybrooke, Hook has had magical powers, but didn't remember he had them, and Emma tried to hide this from him. She accelerates Zelena's pregnancy for her plan. At first the gang thinks its because she needs a newborn's tears, but the truth is much much worse. She wanted the baby out of Zelena because its an innocent. With the child gone, Emma could put her and Killian's darkness into Zelena, and then use Excalibur to destroy the darkness forever. Which, in her arrogance, I guess she failed to see how fucked up that plan was. Yes, Zelena is evil, but basically capturing her to use her as a vessel to be sacrificed is not a good thing to do. So this plan shouldn't work the way she wants it.
Anyways, Hook uses his hook to break Zelena's cuff when they're captured and she magics them out of there. Only, she finds a dreamcatcher and figures out what happened back in Camelot, and shows it to Hook. Hook is pretty pissed at what she did, and apparently wants to team up with Zelena now to hurt Emma?
