Faking It- Not much to say about this ep. Other than it was cool to see old minor characters like Oliver and Jasmine and Lauren's ex-boyfriend. You know how I love continuity!
Flash- Heh, groan! So Central City has not just one breach, but 52 of them! Interesting though, the glimpse we get of an alternate STAR labs run by Harrison Wells, is that Jay's world, or one of these other worlds?
But yeah, Flash is pretty mistrustful of Jay, because he reminds him too much of fake-Wells. Mentor type trying to teach him how to be a better hero. But thanks to a talking to by Iris, Barry finally learns to trust Jay, and even learns a new power- throwing lightning. But yeah, they team up and take care of the freak of the week, Sandemon, from Jay's world and rescue Patty Spivot.
Who's Patty Spivot? A new cop lady played by Quinn from OTH who wants to join Joe's meta human task force. He's hesitant, particularly since she seems to be the only one who actually wants to put herself in danger like that. She proves herself though, and he finds out her dad had been killed by one of the Weather Wizard bros. She thinks someone needs to stop bad guys with powers, so Joe puts her on his task force.
And then he bumps into his ex-wife! I guess we've never heard about her before? So I suppose she had walked out on Joe and Iris years ago?
Other stuff- Cisco is getting "vibes" (ha!) where he gets visions, which he uses to help the Flashes defeat Sandemon. However, it freaks him out that he got these powers because fake Wells set up the particle accelerator explosion that gave it to him. Indeed, fake Wells had taken credit for Cisco's powers last season, so Cisco can't help but feeling they're evil and wants to get rid of them. Dr Stein figures out Cisco has powers, but Cisco makes him promise not to tell anyone yet.
Oh, also Stein collapses for an unknown reason!
