OUAT- Heh, they seem very committed to that trope. So in the end of the ep we have a time jump and memory loss, yet again. I guess so they can do flashbacks to those six weeks along side the current time line to draw parallels and wot-not?
But lets start at the beginning. Young Emma is in a theater watching The Sword in the Stone, and is approached by someone who tells her not to remove the sword when the time comes. In the FTL past, Arthur pulls Excalibur from the stone, and we find out it is broken- and the broken off piece is actually the Dark One's dagger.
Anyways, in the present, Emma gets ported off the FTL when she disappears in the vortex, where she has "Chip Six" version of Rumpel hovering around her, trying to tempt her to the dark side. She goes seeking Merlin, and bumps into Merida from Brave when they're both chasing a Will O'Wisp. Emma is told by chip Rumpel that she needs it to find Merlin. Merida needs it because apparently her dad died and she took over the kingdom, and some of the clans didn't cotton to a female leader, so they kidnapped her brothers. So she's hoping the Wisp will help her find her brothers.
Eventually they come to an understanding, where Merida will let Emma use it afterward. But chip Rumpel tells Emma that the Wisp will belong to Merida once she uses it and it won't work for Emma. So it tempts her to kill Merida while she sleeps, and Emma argues with him. Of course, Merida is not actually sleep, but pretends to be, and rightly sneaks off when she gets the chance, leaving her cloak and making it look like she's still there. But Emma learns where she's going and teleports there. Merida uses her archery skills to try and hold off Emma, and if Emma wasn't the dark one, she'd be surely dead since every arrow would've struck true. But Emma catches them all and rips out Merida's heart and gets ready to crush it.
Back in Storybrooke, the apprentice gives them a special wand with which to find Emma. Regina is apparently unable to use it because she's done too much good. So they try to get Zelena to do it. But her asking price is too high, so Regina refuses. Hook and Henry then try to break her out, but she double crosses them.
Apparently she wants to use the wand to go back to Oz where she can raise her baby in peace without Regina or Robin poisoning the baby against her, because she sees the baby as the one thing that will finally truly love her. But, and this is confusing because it seemed like Regina was legitimately angry and upset that they let Zelena get away in trying to get her out, it was all a ruse because Regina knows that was the only way to get her to cast the spell, which they hijack to head back to FTL. Its like, the only people that argument would be for would be the audience, otherwise, who were they trying to fool by being all, "Oh noes, Zelena escaped thanks to frick and frack over here!"
So, the tornado approaches, and I guess everyone piles into Granny's to ride it to FTL- Regina, Henry, Robin, Roland, the Charmings and Neil (why are they bringing their children?), Belle, Hook, Granny, and some of the dwarves, who are tired of missing out on all the adventures.
The gang gets to Emma just in time to stop her from killing Merida. Or rather talk her into not killing Merida, because they had to let her not kill Merida of her own volition to show she can control the darkness. So she gives Merida back her heart, and apparently this whole deal was a good thing, because Merida was totally just gonna kill all the people who kidnapped her brothers out of vengeance, but seeing Emma overcome her darkness inspires her to maybe try and talk it out and find a dialogue in order to peacefully reunite the clans. Emma gives Regina the dagger because she knows she won't stop trying to help her, and that if Emma does go bad, Regina is the one with the balls to stop her.
Anyways, the gang eventually bumps into Arthur and his knights, who had heard they were coming via prophecy. They take them to Camelot.... and the next thing they all remember is being teleported back to Storybrooke, wearing FTL-style clothing. Sneezy and one of the other dwarves stayed behind to do the policing while all the heroes were gone, and show up, saying they've been gone for 6 weeks! But no one remembers what happened during this time.
Emma shows up then, and petrifies Sneezy for sneezing and its clear she's now fully dark. And somehow got the dagger back.
