Teen Wolf- That little bastard! You know, some people have been wanting to give Theo a pass, the typical, "Oh, he's too handsome to really be a bad guy!". And the beginning of this ep, I was almost willing to give him the benefit of the doubt since the Dread Doctors deemed the remaining Chimeras failures and Theo didn't want them to kill Hayden. But they kept babbling about the perigee syzygy (which is some weird moon thing) and Theo tries to stand up to them but then backs down when they give him an unnerving look. But he seemed conflicted after that. So I thought, maybe he's having doubts and will repent of his evil ways.
But then he freaking tells Scott about Stiles killing Donovan, only he lies and says Stiles beat him to death with a wrench (showing Scott the wrench Stiles used to defend himself when Donovan first attacked him). But then he also covers for Stiles with the Sheriff, with Theo claiming he was the one who accidentally killed Donovan in the same way Stiles actually killed him, and how he was so scared and didn't know what to do especially after the body disappeared. And then the Sheriff hugs him reassuringly! What the eff is Theo's game here?!
Well, with Stiles' dad. I know his game with Scott is to drive a wedge between him and Stiles. Like Scott confronts Stiles all, "We can't kill people!" and it pisses me off that Theo is fracturing the pack like that. But it pisses me off even more that there's also so some dialogue bullshit going on to further Theo's lies. Stiles defends his actions all, Donovan was gonna kill his dad, but doesn't freaking explain the situation, instead just being all, "You understand, right?!" G-D it! This would all be resolved if Stiles would just say a couple more sentences.
Also, Stydia, having figured out about Parrish taking the bodies to the Nemeton try to find it but just end up going in circles. So, Lydia insists on telling Parrish, which Stiles is wary of, since he's worried Parrish might act hostile when confronted with this info. But they end up having no choice. So Lydia has Parrish drive to the woods and he subconsciously drives to the area without even realizing it as he converses with Lydia about the situation. They get out and then Lydia starts play fighting with him (she's gotten way better!) to kinda maybe trigger something in him and eventually he does see the Nemeton, with bodies around it.
At first, Lydia thinks maybe its because he's some kinda supernatural cleaner, hiding evidence of the supernatural to protect the pack's secrets. But then he says in his dream the Nemeton is surrounded by hundreds of bodies, so he freaks out and ends up locking himself in the jail. The sheriff is all, "You can't lock yourself in jail!" and tries to let him out, but Parrish begs him not too, saying he's too dangerous. Especially since there's two bodies out there now. So the sheriff reluctantly lets him stay locked up.
And who are these bodies? Well, one is Cory. He and Mason were in the weight room, seeing the limits of Cory's strength when he started spitting up silver blood everywhere. He gets taken to the hospital, but then tries to escape, knowing the Doctors will come after him. He apparently has chameleon abilities, which he uses to hide, but that doesn't stop the Doctors, who just stab and kill his invisible form.
The other death is some random girl named Beth in Malia's science class being taught by Lydia's mother. Apparently she must know something even though the gang has never met her, since she was researching that perigee syzygy thing and starts freaking out when she bites her nail off and starts leaking silver blood. She runs off in the middle of class, and Malia tries to go after her. But Lydia's mom tries to stop her all, "Only one person to the bathroom at the time!" Interestingly enough, Malia confronts her all, she knows Mama Martin knows all about the supernatural and flashes her glowing blue eyes at her. But I guess Mrs. Martin is in denial and tells Malia "they" should be studying instead of dealing with messes, but doesn't press further when Malia just runs off.
She finds Beth just in time to see her get her neck snapped by a Dread Doctor. She's crushed, and when Stiles sees her in the hall, she tells him she just can't take another body, another failure. So if Stiles was about to admit to Donovan's death then, he definitely gets scared off by her comment.
Finally, Layden are acting all cute, but then when Hayden starts bleeding silver, they resolve to run off and escape the Dread Doctors together. Eventually they're cornered, and Scott and Theo try to rescue them, but then Liam watches helplessly as his girlfriend is stabbed in the neck with one of the Dread Doctor's injectors. But surprisingly, she doesn't die. Scott says they need to head to the vet.
This is where Scott has his confrontation with Stiles. After that bit of sadness, he goes in to the vet's, where Theo is all, maybe if they turn her into a true werewolf, she'll heal and survive her wounds. But Scott, emotionally wrecked by everything happening for the past few eps, refuses. And I guess that will drive a huge wedge between Liam and Scott.
