Degrassi- So its the last few eps of Degrassi ever! I saw it was back last week on the app on my phone that says when my shows are new, but I wasn't sure if it was just showing on Canada. But it looks like its up on the teennick website, so I've been catching up. It may be on a regular channel here in America, I'll have to check the guide. But some random musings. Its weird that they've turned Zig's poor friend into like this menacing guy harassing the girls and freaking stabbing Tiny. On the one hand, I respect Zig warning Damon because they used to be friends and he didn't want to see him possibly get killed, but on the other, its ridiculous him and Tiny are being all, "We don't snitch!" Its not like he just stole something or beat someone up, he could've killed Tiny.
Also, its weird that Tiny got stabbed because Damon was harassing Zoe and Zig stepped in, but then when Zoe is working in the caf, Zig and Maya are kinda dicks to her.
Winston is an idiot. I mean, Lola's cute and all with the crazy colored hair and sure, she was cheering him up, but I can't believe he ruined what he had with Frankie. Particularly not coming clean immediately and apologizing profusely. Even worse when he passed on Lola playing lead in the musical because he didn't want things to be weird, and then convinced Frankie to take the role by saying its based on her anyways. Which led to her slipping grades in math and cheating.
And when she found out about the kiss, why is she continuing to do the play?! She didn't even want the role, so why would she play something where she'd have to be in close proximity to her now ex? Also, since when is Lola her best friend?
Finally, I get Imogen's frustration, especially after seeing Dallas and Alli all happy in public and talking about doing stuff together with their parents. But its not cool of her to try and force Jack out of the closet. Yes, her own parents were understanding, but not all are! Instead of trying to get her to come out, she should really communicate with each other. Like if having to hide everything is going to be a deal breaker, than they should know now before it turns into something bigger and they start to resent each other.
