Arrow- Oh, weird, there was an Olicity Kiss in last season's finale:

I had heard people talking it seeming like there was a weird cut in place during that scene and they thought there was a kiss that was removed, but I thought that was just wishful thinking on their part. It makes sense why they cut it though. Since they were still vague about whether Ollie liked her back at the end of last season, it would seem like he was playing with her feelings there if he did kiss her like that.

Glee- Interesting ep, with them covering some risque topics. First, the B and C plots.

So Becky has a new bf. As you know, Becky is Downes. Her bf is not. So needless to say, people are freaking out about it:

Eventually Sue, Roz, Tina and Quinn confront the guy, who assures them he's not playing a joke or taking advantage of her. He genuinely likes her, and its them who have the issue. So what if she has Downe's? Is she only allowed to date people who are mentally challenged? Yes, him and her as a couple is... different, but its not wrong.

Still, there is one other issue- Becky lied to him a bunch trying to impress him, even saying she was in Glee club. So, she's supposed to perform with Quinn and Tina on "So Far Away":

As I said earlier, I don't think they've ever had a Quinn/Tina duet, they sound nice together. Too bad the performance ends prematurely when Becky chickens out and runs away, scared her bf will find out she can't sing and hate her for being a liar. The girls reassure her he'll understand, and he kinda suspected she was embellishing the truth this whole time, so he's cool with all of it.

Meanwhile Coach Bieste is acting strangely and being absent a lot. So, Sam's been taking over her duties. Spencer wants to be QB, but Bieste says he's too good a receiver. Spencer brings out how he did well in the position, but Bieste lambasts him saying he did okay, but they didn't score as well because he didn't have himself to throw to. Seeing Bieste's suspicious behavior, he stirs up the pot, telling Sue he doesn't want to get Bieste fired for missing so many practices and having Sam handle all her stuff, but Bieste has been acting weird.

So, Sue confronts her. And at first, Bieste says its cancer. Well, Sue thinks its cancer and asks, and Bieste confirms it. Which, since I was spoiled and knew Bieste was going for gender reassignment surgery, I thought it was bad juju to lie and say it was cancer. Luckily, its cleared up by episode end. Sue has a sit down with Sam and Bieste to discuss how they'll handle all this, and how they'll be there for him:

So, Bieste says he has gender dysmorphia, and has always felt like a him. But, he still likes guys. So Sam is all, "so you're becoming a gay dude?" And its an interesting convo because I like how they're showing what a spectrum it is and how gender and sexuality can be independent. Bieste likes men. At the same time, he feels like a man stuck in a man's body. So its not really about being gay, those are two aspects of himself and they[re independent.

The main story is about a Brittana proposal and Kurt being upset over the Klaine breakup. Kurt has dreams where he's wandering all over town seeing flashbacks of him and Blaine and dueting "It's Too Late". (Sorry, no link)

So, when Santana proposes to Britt after they do a mashup of "Hand in Pocket/I Feel the Earth Move":

He flips out on them all, have you learned nothing from my breakup and how getting engaged too early is bad? Santana is kinda pissed how he shit all over her moment, and basically goes to town on him, and saying how she and Britt aren't like him and Blaine, and it will work for them.

So, Kurt's sore about the whole thing, and takes it out on everyone. Like Jane and Mason's mashup of "Head Over Feet/Will You Love Me Tomorrow":

Which was pretty good. And I'm fine with Klaine as a couple, I do feel kinda bad that the newbies spotlight was stolen with a bunch of Klaine flashbacks, because Jane and Mason are showing a lot of chemistry here. Also, is it me, or was Madison practically beaming at her brother?

But yeah, Kurt shits on their performance, and tells Rachel she's just telling them what they want to hear and is going too easy on them, and it kinda annoyed me later that they were all, "He's right, their performance wasn't so great!" I mean, he had a point about being Mason being a cheerio, so it was a waste that he just sat there on the stool, but I think their singing was fine.

In the end, Britt talks to him about not being hung up on Blaine and not to wait lest he get stuck pining and life passes him by. So, he's come to better terms with everything. In the end, everyone gets together on "You Learn/You've Got a Friend":

I guess because they live and learn, and always have friends?
