The Strain- Seriously, he had so much time to practice, and that's what Eph came up with? Dutch already told him he only had 30-40 seconds, and isn't he a big CDC honcho, he should be used to giving briefings. But he's like hemming and hawing, and here's a crazy autopsy video, its like give more pertinent details on how to survive. And also, try not to sound like a crazy weirdo all, "giant worms in your body!"
Anyways, while they're able to get their shitty message out, the vampires and the german attack, and Nora's mom is bitten, so she's forced to decapitate her. Abraham gets it, because we get a flashback where the German lured him into a trap so they could go after his wife. And now we know where that creepy heart came from.
Meanwhile, Gus tries to get a bunch of guns for his newfound war. Thinks look grim when the gangsta he stole the guns and money from starts shooting at him instead of the zombie-vampires that ambush the both of them, but the creepy hooded possible vampire creatures kill all of the vampires and grab Gus, leaving Creem confused standing amongst a pile of vamp corpses.
Castle- Wow, I did not expect things to go that way. So Castle is not a flaming corpse, he was grabbed. They name drop possible suspects like 3XK and Senator Bracken. But then it seemed like he actually ran away. And we actually have a 2 month time jump where he's missing this whole time. They finally find him adrift on a boat with no memory of anything since the accident.
But, Kate and the guys are skeptical, because there's a bunch of evidence that makes it seems he was just like hanging out. That had to drive Kate crazy, because on the one hand, it does not seem characteristic of Castle to run like that. He loves Kate. But the evidence is pretty substantial. Lucky for Castle, one of the witnesses who claims he saw Castle turns out to be a big faker. So at the very least there's some proof that some sort of conspiracy is going on to make it look like he ran away.
So what was he doing in those missing months? And is he really an amnesiac, or is he hiding something from everyone.
NCIS: LA- Weird, what's with them getting all science-y this ep? Sam calculating how much air they have left from the dimensions of the chamber they were in, Callen figuring out how to make a makeshift thermite bar from rust and the lithium in the batteries in the room they're in, Deeks talking about chance of death vs the percentage of burns one has sustained in their body. It was a little jarring to see them talk like that.
WO blather- So, I've finally unlocked gauntlet purple stone stages. So now I can work on the beat every stage in gauntlet trophy. Also, I have now promoted everyone at least once. So everyone will eventually have access to 180 speed and 6 item slots by the time they reach 100 again. Gauntlet does give a crap ton of XP to help with that, though its a pain in the ass to sort through inventory afterward.
I am slowly getting wrath/windslay/tri-element on everyone's weapons as well. All the DW characters have wrath now. I think the only remaining people who need wrath are in other 2 and SW1 and 2.
