True Blood- Ding Dong! The witch is dead! And I have no problem calling her a witch, considering the graphic and horrific torture she said she was going to inflict on Wade, Adilyn, Jessica, and Jason. I didn't realize until later the significance of Hoyt killing Violet- he unknowingly avenged his Momma.
And Eric is cured, having fed from Sarah. And the Yaks don't want to cure the vamps- well, not completely. Why cure them, when they could keep them feeding on NewBlood so as to not die from HepV? Problem is, he told Sookie, just so she wouldn't worry about him. But then he finds out Bill is sick. Eventually, Bill and Jess and Sookie sneak into the basement of Fangtasia to have Bill feed from Sarah, but the ep ends with him refusing to cure himself. What the?!
The Leftovers- Its interesting there are so many little things from previous eps that are easy to forget but end up being relevant plot points. Like Kevin's dad going in the backyard, trying to get past the dog. I totally forgot about the money buried in there. Last week, I totally forgot Nora and Rev Jamison are brother and sister. And is Aimee staying at the Garvey's because her parents disappeared?
But interesting, looks like Meg has graduated to being one of the non-talking GR folks. And she spots Kevin effin Nora, and tells Laurie about it, who's all "So?" And heh, Reverend Jamison is striking back at the GR and giving them a taste of their own medicine by plastering posters of "Save Them" with Kathy Geiss' pic on them.
So anyways, Kevin's nutty dad has some mysterious mission for his son that involves some issue of NatGeo. And Tom finds out Wayne has other people out there, taking care of other preggers Asian girls, thinking they're the one.
