Major Crimes- Eggciting episode! However, eps like this, when they throw in a whole bunch of new characters makes me wonder if its a back door pilot. I mean, Laurie Holden as head of a previously unseen "special operations bureau", Lindsay Price as an ADA, a couple of SWAT guys, Fritz being offered a new position as the deputy chief of this new SOB, that Chief Taylor won't take no for an answer.
Like was that King and Maxwell show canceled? Is the actor who plays Fritz free to do a new show? Its weird though, because they bring up Mcguiness' husband and child being dead and she was like looking at Fritz like she kinda has a crush on him when he was holding the rescued daughter. And they bring up Brenda got a new position in DC and Chief Taylor is all, "Psh, you can do the long distance thing!"
But heh, I'm amused by the drama that ended up being no big deal. Cooper and Sanchez walking into the garage and accidentally getting into a firefight and Sanchez getting shot, and then they make it look like Sanchez is badly wounded. But then after the break, Chief Taylor is all, "It was a superficial wound!" Heh, I shoulda seen that coming though, with Sanchez talking about his new suit and not wanting it to get messed up, that something was going to happen.
