Castle- Gee, I wonder who it is?! Its like they mention a mysterious Lazarus and Jack Coleman's name was in the opening credits, could it be Senator Bracken? I mean, they do have a fake out where you think its that one gangster whom Beckett thought was the one who ordered the hit on her mom. Which, that was like from first or second season. I hardly even remember the guy, so I'm betting there were a lot of people who were all, "Who the hell is this guy?"
But yeah, seeing HRG in the credits, it became fairly obvious that he was the real Lazarus when Elena was all, "'he' owed you". I did find it silly that they didn't have Beckett figure it out until she saw his presidential running announcement. Though I suppose maybe she decided to watch the video because she suspected him. But that still seemed like way later than the meeting in the precinct. Like I figured she or Castle shoulda said something there- its like "Hmm, this Lazarus guy is funding some super-PAC, and he's someone who owes Beckett! Its like gee, do we know any powerful political figures associated with Beckett?"
And what is going on with that anyways. I remember when she saved him from an assassin, but its like, we haven't see anything to do with him since. I don't recall, was there some reason she gave up her revenge on him?
