Team 7 #1- I'm still trying to figure out who these other randoms on the team are. Like they have Grifter and Lynch and Fairchild from actual Team 7, and then they throw in Black Canary, Deathstroke and Amanda Waller. But Summer Ramos? Diggle? Bronson? Who?! Are they just glorified redshirts who's sole purpose is to get killed so the comic seems grittier?
Walking Dead- Heh. I really can't wait until they take down the Negan. But I'm kinda amused Rick caved and told Andrea. Its like the woman he's effing is moving out, so he's all, "Hey baby, its all a big plan!" Meanwhile, his son is basically looking at him like he's the biggest effin coward loser and keeps mum. I mean, I understand why he's keeping everyone in the dark, to really sell things to the Negan. I just think its funny he's willing to lose his son's respect, but not that of the woman he's screwing. I dunno if I wanna say "woman he loves", because do they have that kinda relationship yet? She's now the last person left besides Carl of the original survivors, so they share a huge bond, but I don't know if its "love". But I digress.
Actually, its kinda interesting to see what he's willing to give up to make the plan work. He can live with his son hating him, but not Andrea. I suppose he's lonely, and honestly, Carl is his son, even if Carl hates him right now, they're still father and son, Carl's stuck with him. But I guess the loss of someone he's being intimate with is too much.
But as I said, it is dangerous to keep Carl in the dark. It definitely sells the lie, but Carl is also a little kid and kinda nuts, you got to worry about what he might do. Actually, I'm surprised he didn't tell Michonne. While he's known Andrea the longest, I think Michonne is prolly his most reliable soldier, she can keep a secret.
Then again, its all about selling the lie. You prolly can't fake the kinda of weirdness she prolly feels towards Rick for "giving up". Which then brings up the whole Andrea thing. The Negan doesn't know the relationships between everyone, so he might not sense something is off. But I would think some of the others might think its weird if Andrea stuck with Rick and not moved out (since she prolly made plans to move in with someone, so people who knew would be all, "Why is she taking that coward back?")
