Once Upon a Time- Great episode last night! So since the wolf is out of the bag with Red, we're getting to see her be more bad-ass. The fairytale land story picks up after Charming runs into Red and they ride off with King George's men in pursuit. Unfortunately for them, its a full moon, so Red tells Charming she'll buy him some time, and then she takes off the cloak and goes all werewolf on their pursuers.
Snow meanwhile, has been a huge bitca after taking the potion. The dwarves complain to her about her sudden behavior change, inviting Jiminy over to help stage an intervention. Alas, when they say its not cool she's taking out her frustrations out on her friends, she tells them they're right and decides to assassinate the queen. Grumpy tries to stop her, taking her to Rumple to fix her. He can't, because he says she's like that because she got rid of her feelings of love, and there's no such potion to restore that.
But he does offer a magic bow and a map to a perfect sniping point to ambush the queen at. So she takes it, and Grumpy parts ways with her because he wants no part of that. Charming eventually runs into her, and tries to break the potion's effect with "True Love's kiss". But since she got rid of her love for him, he's no longer her true love. So the kiss is ineffectual, and she knocks him out and ties him up.
Luckily, Jiminy shows up to help free him, and Charming goes to Rumple's looking for Snow. Rumple tells him her location for his cloak, which seemed like a weird request. He appears just in time to stop the assassination attempt by jumping in front of the arrow. The selflessness touches Snow so much that when he kisses her again, it works. Unfortunately, King George's men catch up with them, and they take Charming into custody. Snow goes home to the dwarves to apologize, and tells them she's going to rescue her love. Of course, now that things are patched up between her and her friends, they're obviously going to help her.
Back at Rumple's, we found out why he wanted Charming's cape. He plucks one of Charming's hairs from it. He combines it with the hair he took from Snow, and it appears he has made an actual love potion. Wonder what he's going to do with it?
In Storybrooke, things are looking worse and worse for MM. First, the box the heart was found in was a jewelry box belonging to Mary Margaret, then when Emma looks for a way someone could have broken into their apartment to steal it, she finds a hunting knife hidden in a heating vent. Emma's trying to walk a fine line here, because obviously she knows MM is innocent and wants to help her, but she has to be careful b/c if its perceived she's not doing her job, then Regina will just have her replaced with someone who will railroad MM.
Anyways, Henry shows Emma Regina's keyring of unlocking everything, and shows her that his mom did have access to the apartment if used the key. So Emma knows its Regina framing MM, but she doesn't have any solid evidence to prove it. She begs MM to trust her, that she'll find her a way out of this.
Besides Emma, Mr Gold is also helping. He decides to take MM's case pro-bono because "he's invested in her future". (which is exactly what Rumple told Snow in Fairytale land)
Too bad David is a dick. Wanting to help MM, he goes to Archie for help, hoping he could put him under hypnosis to figure out what's been going on during his bouts of lost time. Unfortunately, he recovers a memory from fairytale land. Specifically, when Snow was intent on killing the queen and Charming didn't want her to do it. So, he now has this memory of seeing MM (but actually Snow) in the forest talking about killing a chick. He asks MM what could it mean. Alas, MM is crushed there's doubt in David's mind, when she stood by him when it was him who was being suspected of killing Kathryn.
In any case, despite Emma promising she'll get MM off, it seems like MM's losing the faith. She finds a skeleton key in her bed which unlocks her cell door. It seems like she will let Emma handle things, but in the end, we see she's used the key to get out and now she's gone!
