geebsI've been buying the Cowboy Bebop DVDs piecemeal. I just got #3 at Media Play, making my collection 1, 3, 5, and 6. I also hit Oggsford and bought the Bebop movie, which I just finished watching. Pretty cool, a lot better than a lot of live action movies I've seen. Spike Spiegel is a total bad ass. I think his fights here were longer than those in the eps, so you could better tell what a master of hand to hand combat he is. And an ace pilot. I'm a little skeptical the Swordfish II could take on three military jet fighters in an extended dogfight. But whatever. And I'm starting to believe Vicious's line in the last ep that he's the only one who could kill Spike is true. Its like, jeez. He must have nine lives to survive the stuff he does in the movie. Also, how does Faye keep those puppies from popping out!?
