geebsGah! Will this day ever slow down?! Since we're understaffed right now, I'm being a good boy and answering more calls than usual. With so many calls, I've been talking a little too fast, so I'd be all "(blah, blah, blah), this is Anthony", only I end up pronouncing it "Ant'ny" (like Kitty and Jhumna do). And the people are all "Andy?"
I was amused how this one person calls, I help them, and then they call back five minutes later saying "I was helped five minutes earlier by someone else, since you have a different voice", so I reply, "No, I was the one who helped you!" How could she forget me anyways? I remember when I called Theresa when she was at ECOES. Only she wasn't there. Her roomie answered the phone, and I was pestering her about Theresa for a few minutes when she said, "I'm sorry, you caught me just hopping out of the shower so I'm standing here wet and naked." (Like on that episode of Wings!) Okay, she didn't say it like that, but I did catch her out of the shower. What's the point of this story? I was just tooting my own horn because she later asked TC about me because she thought I sounded cute. Of course, I think she was later turned off after hearing me say, "Well, of course she thought I sounded cute, because I am". Yet I'm still the cocky prick I am today.
