geebsGeez, that was ridiculous! Thankfully things have finally slowed a bit. I haven't been that busy in a while! I mean, the phone was ringing off the hook, and there were a bunch of tickets that needed to be taken care of. I'd figure with no classes going on things would be a little less busy.
