Breakout Kings- I thought this was a compelling ep, though the twist was pretty obvious. It was amusing though that this ep featured Billy Riggins as the con, because there was an SVU episode with a very similar theme, which had Saracen. Although in the SVU ep, Saracen was the secret child-rapist, and Sam Puckett blamed some other guy instead, and some crazy ladies convinced their daughters to accuse him also for some some reason. In this one, Billy is the one falsely accused by some girl who was actually being molested by her dad, and as Lloyd explained, some crazy parents convinced their scared kids to admit rapes that never happened, just like in the SVU ep.
