How the hell do you think the mass of a proton is 1/16 of a pound?! That means 16 protons would be a pound, and if that were the case everything would be heavy-ass!

And did fathers really used to take sons to cathouses when they came of age?! Because that's really frakked up to me! I mean, it would be so creepy!

After class yesterday, did some more work (don't put off to tomorrow what you can do today), and thought I'd kill another half hour before dinner by going to the Catholic Center for their weekday mass. But they're already closed for break. But its not break yet, its finals week! So stuck around work for another hour, when I remembered there's a Wal Mart at the District. So I headed there.

Geez, I didn't realize the place is kinda ghetto. I was at the magazine stand reading about video games and the new Ruger SR-9 pistol when I had to hear an argument this couple was having. Something about the guy wanting his wife to work, and she's all what can she do, and how she's not gonna slave at Mcdonald's. Then as I was reading Game Informer, since the video game section is next to the teen mag section this little girl comes up and asks me if she has to pay for the issue of J-14 or Tiger Beat or whatever the hell the kids read nowadays that she was holding. I was like, "Well, yeah!" (Okay, I didn't say it that snidely) Yeah, she's a kid and doesn't know the ways of the world, but why wouldn't you pay for it?! Stores don't give away things for free! Although speaking of that section, there were like a dozen magazines with Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus on the cover. I've said this before, but I'm still baffled she's this popular.

Anyways, had dinner with the roomie and ND at La Parilla. Alas, there were not as many hot-ass girls like there were the last few times I went there. Heh, and we ended up getting the queso fundido again. They have good chips, but their salsa is kinda meh, so the roomie wanted to try the queso fundido thinking it was a cheese dip. I was 75% sure that we had tried if before and didn't like it, but I couldn't actually remember any details about the experience. We realized a second before it came that it was that melted congealed cheese stuff with chorizo baked in. I mean, its kinda tasty, so its not that we hated it the last time we had it, its just that we were wanting a better dip for the chips, and that's not really a dip.

Thursday Night TV commentary:

An amusing ep of 30 Rock last night. But one thing I've been wondering, does Cerie ever wear a skirt that is longer than an inch below her ass?! I mean, sure its spcv('Nice!') but its also tawdry and salacious!

On Smallville, so Grant is a clone? I guess that does explain the weird age discrepency from previous seasons' info about Julian. Anyways, the majority of the episode was nothing to write home about, but I will give them props on the twist in the end. When Clark first showed up in the beginning, something seemed off. But I couldn't figure out what. But as the ep went on, I figured I was reading too much into things, and that everything was back to normal. But then in the end, you learn its not Clark, but Bizarro! Guess Martian Manhunter didn't do a good job getting rid of him!

Heh, on Supernatural, I thought I recognized one of the names in the beginning credits, but couldn't put my finger on it. But it came clear later, ha, it was Rose Abbott! Its weird seeing her play an evil bad guy. I can't remember if she had Sam or Dean in the lifting chokehold. It would be extremely ridiculous if it was Sam, since he's so ginormous like her arms are even long enough to hold him up high enough that his feet didn't touch the ground? Anyways, I did find it ridiculous that it took Sam that long to figure out why Dean's suddenly all up and cheery about Christmas? Uh, because its gonna be his last one before he goes to hell?

Yay, clones! If Smallville lasts beyond this year, I'm definitely out.
