Dang, we weren't needed over at the other place today since we processed almost all the incoming frosh for this particular session yesterday. 407, though it didn't seem like that many. I guess when it keeps on coming, you don't grasp the numbers without a computer recording the statistics. And I didn't bring lunch either since I expected to be over there. I'll prolly go to Junior's then, since I don't feel like walking all the way to the student center.

Getting back to Sunday, it started thundering last night, knocking out the power in our place. So, we went to Fuddrucker's for dinner and saw Road to Perdition afterwards. It was a decent flick. A tad too artsy. But it was well acted. It'll wager it gets academy award nominations in the "best sound editing" and similar categories.

"artsy" in the sense that its one of my kind of movies? or should i avoid? (well, i'll probably avoid anyway, but if i have a chance...)

Well, its not too artsy. There's more than a few times where its just all music. Or they don't have the sound of gunshots at one point in the scene, so it can be more dramatic when they finally do have the gunshots ring out. Actually, I noticed a lot of subtle religious imagery as well.

Ida know! He does play a psycho, and while he is a pretty important character, he's not in the movie that much.

Haha. I heard he's actually ugly in the movie and had a hard time making him so. Dunno if I'll see it. Maybe if I'm bored.
