TV Commentary:
The Vampire Diaries- Damn, I forgot how fast things move on this show. So the brothers and Elena find out about Mason looking for the moonstone (thanks to the Germ, who looks like he's a part of the team now) and his association with Kat (thanks to Bonnie, who's slowly warming back up to the vamps).
With Bonnie's help, they capture Mason, where Bonnie uses her powers to figure out where he hid the moonstone, while Damon tortures the crap out of Mason to try and find out Mason's plan. Jeremy's around for it, even finding out a vervain equivalent (wolfsbane, who would've guessed!?) for werewolves and sharing the info with Damon, who promptly uses it to torture Mason. He doesn't get anything out of it, other than finding out Mason is a lovesick moron who really thinks Kat wants the moonstone to cure him. The poor dumb idiot. The Germ wants to be a big boy by sticking around, although when it comes time to off Mason, he gets a little squeamish. So Damon threatens Jeremy and lets him know if he wants to be in the club, he had better toughen up. Then he promptly rips out Mason's heart out. So he's dead and gone.
Meanwhile, Bonnie tells Stefan where to find the moonstone- in a well just outside the Lockwood estate. So he and Elena go there, and he jumps into find it- and lands in a pool full of vervain. Luckily, Caroline hears Elena's cries for help, and she and Bonnie help Elena fish Stefan out and recover the moonstone.
Overall, Caroline had a good day, being there for her friends made her feel good about herself, and she excitedly tells her mom about it- it took a while, but her mom had finally warmed to her, actually talking to her daughter rather than ignoring her. And she's proud of her daughter, and says she'll keep her secret, so they don't have to compel her. Liz doesn't want to lose these memories of the two of them reconnecting. Sadly, Caroline compels her anyways, because while she too is very happy she and her mom finally have the relationship she always wanted, she knows her mom will never trust the Salvatores.
So as the brothers dispose of Mason's body and Damon uses his phone to tell Mulva "he" got a unique opportunity in Florida and had to leave. (Tyler is heartbroken and feels abandoned) But he can't help but call Katherine and taunt her. Needless to say, she's pissed.
She calls Elena, mocks her and the brothers for underestimating her, and promptly gets Jenna to stab herself, as she had used her Elena-looks to get Jenna to stop using Vervain and therefore be able to compel her and make her her secret spy. Jenna ends up in the hospital. And Elena and the Germ end up seeming a little too close for brother and sister. Although I guess they technically aren't brother and sister. But they are cousins! But i digress. Jeremy vows to get revenge, so this time he's the stronger Gilbert sibling.
Anyways, Elena breaks up Stefan over all this, because Kat is too smart and she can't risk Kat going after someone else. So both she and Stefan are all sad little puppies. Damon does take time to apologize to Elena, as he blames himself, thinking its his fault, that his taunting Katherine caused what happened to Jenna. Elena doesn't actually blame him this time though, feeling Katherine was gonna do what she did anyways, just to prove she has the upper hand.
Oh, in the end, since Katherine is "down a werewolf", she compels Matty into relentlessly going after Tyler, just as she got Mason's friend to go after all those years ago, in the hopes that Matt will kill him and cause him to become a werewolf.
The Office- Okay, the Josh Duhamel comment was hilarious, because I have thought he and Timothy Olyphant do look similar.
Community- Its kinda annoying this show is on the bubble, while "Outsourced" just got renewed, just because Community is up against the Big Bang Theory, and Outsourced has a better time slot. bbv('This is total BS!')
