alarm!

I think it was Chris who said the other day that his body is set to wake up at 8:29, no matter what. I have a similar problem where I wake up exactly one minute before my alarm goes off. It doesn't matter what time I set it for, I just do. And its annoying! Well, I guess I should be thankful I'm waking up and not oversleeping, but I feel like I'm being gypped out of a minute of sleep.
