Its monday morning, and I'm at work. Normally I don't work today, but since I had taken off last week, and some extra hours for the taking had sprung up, I went ahead and took them. I was telling the bossman that I was off last week, so I'm making up the hours, and he said that I didn't need to do that, as that was what sick leave is for. Of course, I work a 48 hour week anyways, so that day off didn't even take off my sick leave. But thats 8 hours of OT I'd be missing out on if I didn't take it up. Its all about the bank.

Hopefully my DVDs will show up today. I was expecting them Friday/Saturday, but alas, no.

I finally saw the video for U2's Vertigo the other day. Is the commercial its on a Target commercial? Beccause in the video, they're performing on a giant target symbol. It wouldn't be the first time a video was influenced by a commercial (I saw the commercial way before the video, so I'm assuming the commercial came first). Dirty Vegas' "Days Go By" springs to mind, with Mitsubishi giving them an Eclipse to use in the video.

It's an iPod commercial.

I posted that once! But yeah, he does that in the normal song as well. I think it does have a nice ring to it though. And maybe they didn't be like that old song that starts "uno, dos, tres, quatro". I wanna say that Wooly Bully song does that.
