Dave happened to be doing a Junior's run, so I broke down and got a sausage biscuit w/cheese and a side of bacon, even though I already some strawberry pop-tarts. Owel, I need to eat bigger breakfasts. Actually, I'm not as skinny as I used to be. When I had to go to the doctor the other day, my weight is up to like 150lbs! Mother says I should work out, because she says I look like I'm getting a pot belly. I hear little brother (an actual sibling!) hits the gym now. I don't know why I find that strange.

Oh, and why did I hit the doc's office? Because apparently I got pink eye! Prolly from rubbing my eyes after working around dust that was here before I came to Tech almost a decade ago. So I have this ointment to put on. I guess its easier than drops, and I'm glad, because I couldn't forsee myself being able to put eyedrops on without wasting some. It is kinda creepy to apply, you pull on your lower eyelid to make a pocket, then pour the ointment in then look down and close your eye. And it is kinda annoying because my vision is obviously fogged for a short while before it gets absorbed.

Laundry day today. Prolly just go home, do laundry and play DW4 and finish His and Her while I wait. Oh, and Krug's doing Meatloaf for dinner! Alright! And I have A-1 to go with it.

Simoniacs is a cool sounding word. Trying to cure myself of ennui, I was reading The Book of Ratings People here prolly think me strange for laughing hysterically to myself, but I found that joke about the hypocrites and Caiaphas under Dante's Inferno punishments part IV strangely amusing. JC Superstar was pretty rocking.

Must be more hearty home-cooked meals and the sedentary lifestyle catching up with me. Or maybe I'm just getting old. The other day someone at church asked me if I was a graduate student! Am I too old looking to pass for an undergrad now?!

grad versus undergrad

There is a difference between the people in graduate school and undergrad. you nor I dress as the young'ns today. look at your brother's dress style. Maybe you and albert should go shopping for clothing together. Then you can both go and work out.

Hmm, I know I have a different style than albert, but I didn't think I dressed that differently from kids today. Am I dated? I would like totally just die if that's true! (ha!)

i don't know i havent seen you in a while. personally i'm not into the hoochie style that some women wear. as for men's style, its either the all baggy worn out look or they dress really nice.

i haven't seen you in a while, so I can't judge. plus styles all over the us are different. how do people dress down in GTech

It seems pretty typical around campus. Your frat boys dress in khaki slacks and greek T-shirts (or something to do with football or drinking or hot chicks) and the sorority girls wear flip flops and khaki shorts and varying tops. Then you have the geeks who wear your standard jeans and t-shirt (inevitable something having to do with computers, sci-fi/fantasy, or anime) Then there's your sk8r punks with their cargo pants and hoodies. And then you have your TABs (trendy asian bitch) dressed out of a Tommy Hiliger or American Eagle ad (can't fault them for that, I do the same thing) Albert seems to dress like the athletes. But basically you have the whole gamut.

Ummm...pinkeye is an infection (not caused by just irritation/inflammation) and it's contagious too. You're not supposed to go to work & stuff until it's gone.

Ida know, the doc didn't impress upon me the fact that I should avoid people. Mebbe because it looked like it was on a downturn by the time I finally got to the doctor. It was really bad the weekend before, but then I just kept my eyes clean, and it seemed to start improving. Beats me why he didn't say anything.
