TV commentary:
Fringe- I like the parallels between the Bishops. So Peter's so obsessed with his revenge, he doesn't care that the Observer tech is making him a creepy mf-er. Walter is also changing, because of the pieces of his brain putting him back in is turning him back into an a-hole. But unlike Peter, he thinks staying a nice guy is better than the potential boons they can get with Walter being at his "fullest". So he wants Nina to take those pieces of his brain out again.
Meanwhile, Olivia finds out about Peter's tech, and is totally freaking at what he's becoming. And she doesn't even know he's starting to lose his hair. I wonder how long until he starts fully looking like an observer?
Walking Dead- I guess knowing the comics does spoil some things for you. Like I saw non comic readers spent like the whole ep wondering about the phone calls and seemed like mind blown when they find out its all the dead characters. Meanwhile, I'm like, "Yeah, the phone call is a figment of his imagination, and he's talking to his dead wife!"
But how did that one redshirt not realize Merle was going to kill him? Merle's like, are you kidding, its too dangerous, we need to just lie, and the guy is all, we can't lie to the governor! How did he not see that coming? Ha, Merle literally did the whole, "What's that over there?" to distract him so he could shoot him in the face!
Merle's had a busy day though, he does manage to wound Michonne, then run into Maggie and Glen and capture them and take them to woodbury. Luckily, Michonne manages to witness this, and somehow figure out where the prison is (with the formula Glen and Maggie went out there for in tow). I'm a little worried about Maggie though. Since they're changing things around a bit from the comic, is she going to end up getting raped instead of Michonne?
Meanwhile, Andrea is effin the Governor, and what do you know, they finally found Carol, turns out she was just trapped in one of the cells this whole time!
