When it rains, it pours

Here at work on a Friday since I volunteered. Hey, its basically free money. But I didn't get nearly enough sleep tonight. Come Sunday morning, I'm gonna be feeling like crap. Anyways, this day is off to an auspicious start. Cut myself shaving, forgot my jacket so I'm freezing my ass off in here, and as soon as I came in there were problems. Suckage!

Dragoncon is this weekend. But I'm not going, since I volunteered to work friday and Labor day. If I take off, I won't get my hand on all that time and a half money. Besides, $75 for a ticket!? That's un-sane! And I'd end up spending more. I mean, I don't go to play in tournaments or anything, so all there is to do is buy stuff or get autographs. And I don't need to be buying any more swords or whatever.

Okay, getting back to work, its only 845 and there's already been more than a few problems, not to mention a bunch of open tickets! wtf?!

I was going to yell at you for not going to DragonCon, but Jesus! Does it really cost $75? Don't they sell single day tickets? They have to. Every Con does.

Score is going to be there promoting the Buffy CCG. You should go if you at all possibly can.

Actually, its $60 if you pre-ordered it before a certain date, and $75 after that date and at the door. I guess there are one day passes available, but last year, the line to buy tickets was literally a couple of hours long. Things may have gotten better this year. Owel, I probably would have ended up going if I didn't have work. I could have easily taken the weekend off since I have so much vacation time stored up, but then I wouldn't have gotten extra money for working today and labor day.
