I think the definitions they use of "hot" and "sexy" are a little off. The top 5 are nothing special.

You want a list of hot and sexy guys? The top 5 at a minimum, and certainly the top 10, had better be "hot" and "sexy" just by looking at a single (decent) picture of them, without having had to have seen them in a tv show or movie.

"Hot" and "sexy" should in no way have to rely on the personality of the characters they played in order to be considered attractive.
