Do they serve an orthopedic function?
Heh, started on s3 of Avatar. Okay, Zuko and Mai are hysterical as a couple. "You're beautiful when you hate the world." HA!! That was pretty shrewd of Azula though, giving her brother the credit, so in case the Avatar survived, she had a convenient scape goat. EVIL!
"Fire nation colonist" Katara is hot! Don't know what it is about having her hair down, but it works! Plus, I never really noticed it before, but she has the blue eyes/brown hair combo I favor. And I kinda take back what I say about Aang/Katara. The "Footloose" ep (i.e., Aang shows the Fire Nation dancing is good!), he surprisingly has game! Not bad for a little kid.
Speaking of animated shows, I'd heard Funimation took over distribution of Black Lagoon after Geneon went under, but it looks like they finally have an actual release date for the first DVD of the second season, 8/19. Interestingly enough, Gossip Girl s1 comes out that day also. Awesome. But I'm glad they're finally coming out with Second Barrage, as the second season of Black Lagoon was better than the first, IMO.

The commercials hinted at something bad happening between Brenda and Fritz, and I thought it would be an exaggeration, but that's pretty bad! I mean, I know she was trying to get justice for that one guy, but not only poaching the perp from the FBI, after PROMISING Fritz her team would back off, then trying to convince him to pick life in prison over acting as a CI for the FBI, is she trying to torpedo her engagement?! She's not the only one with a job to do! Yeah, she doesn't want some guy who murdered someone in cold blood to get off by turning state's evidence. And the fact that the dead guy was skimming off the top and trying to sell out his friend, she would be hard pressed to convince Fritz that bringing that particular guy's killer to justice would be better than taking out a huge drug dealer! She can be kinda a bitch at times, she has no problem using others to close a case, but its never a two way street with her.
And its hilarious she doesn't even see anything wrong with what she did. Or rather, why Fritz would be extremely pissed at what she did! Because he's right, not only is it a double standard with her, she doesn't even realize she's trying to play him when she was trying to excuse what she did.
