Just another hum drum Thursday night last night. [livejournal.com profile] phatjoe and Rob popped in since they were in the neighborhood. But they didn't have any of the delicious dinner Krug made, because they had already had dinner at arby's. So what was on the menu? Homemade parmesean pork (some good stuff), bread rolls, and a freshly cut salad with tomatoes from [livejournal.com profile] psyched_out's parents' garden. I joked the other day that the roomie should quit his job and enter the catering business.

Went to Oggsford, but alas, the cutie wasn't working there tonight. Picked up TF:MTMtE #4. I didn't know such a thing was out. I mean, its just profiles and stuff, but you know how I am with files and lists. And it was cool because it had something on every single G1 ever released. I immediately tried to find the previous issues, but they only had #3. Very disappointing. Krug mentioned he had seen them earlier, but he just assumed I knew about them since I'd be all into such a thing. I guess I missed them because I just assumed they were a variant cover of one of the other comics! Damn the creator of the variant cover! I mean, what fool buys 4 of the same thing just to get all the covers? And hey, I saw the next Mars is out. I'll have to remind sis to get it so I can read it. I also saw an interesting sounding movie in their rental section, "versus". I woulda rented it last night, but I wanted to check reviews on the internet to see if its any good. Well, I don't really put too much stock in reviews, I wanted to know a little more than just the blurb on the back of the DVD case.

Today is the company picnic, but I gots to stay here to help cover the machine room. But hey, the big boss is gonna bring stuff back, (or so he says) Its being catered by Williamson Brothers. That's some good BBQ. If only they had a variety of sauces. Ah'm starved. so I can't hardly wait.
