TV commentary:
Killing Eve- That got real quick. Its prolly less fun and games for Eve now. She'll prolly feel incredibly guilty because Bill didn't even want to go to Berlin. And now he's dead at Villanelle's hand. Of course, what the hell was he thinking!? This is a trained assassin, prolly half his age, why on earth would he think it was a good idea to confront and then follow her.
But yeah, Eve prolly won't think V is so great after this. And she doesn't even know how obsessed V is with her! Stealing Eve's suitcase, wearing her scarf, picking up some random lady and dressing her up in Eve's clothes to pretend to be her that she can bang. Well presumably, I assume the lady wouldn't have come back if they just played hide and seek.
Westworld- Again with this! They're doing the two timeline thing, but at least its more evident, and the gap is much shorter. So the first time line picks up where we left off- guests and employees running for their lives from the killer robots.
You have Dolores/Wyatt dragging Teddy on a killing spree. William all ready to play this new "game" where the stakes are deadly. Charlotte, still unaware Bernard is a robot, taking him to a secret bunker to hide and try and call an extraction team.
Which is very mysterious- it sounds like the company was doing something in secret without Ford's knowledge to record guest experiences for some prolly nefarious end? Only whoever Charlotte's contacting refuses to extract until they get the "package". Which seems to be Abernathy's core?
Maeve is still in control, where she's met up with Sizemore, sparing him if he helps her find her daughter. And doing a good job of pretending to be a hapless guest. Sizemore tries to out her to a security team all, "Could the hosts be dressing as guests?" But a well timed attack by some other hosts allows Maeve to get through the incident unscathed.
She finds Hector, and they're going to make Sizemore take them to the area where her daughter should be.
The second timeline seems to be two weeks later, where several dozen heavily armed spec ops folks and one of the higher ups and some techs are on the island to figure out what happened and clean up. We also discover the parks are on some island in Asia. The group finds Bernard on the beach, still unaware he's a robot. Bernard claims not to remember what happened, but eventually they find a random body of water in the middle of Westworld where there's not supposed to be one. All the hosts seem to be there, dead. And Bernard suddenly remembers he's responsible for killing all of them.
So something crazy happened between those two points. And all we know is Bernard and Ashley survived. It'll be interesting to see how the third Hemsworth brother plays into all this, since last we saw him, he was attacked by Ghost Nation dudes trying to find Elsie. Rebus is the only other recurring character I noticed still around, but even that's short lived, as the spec ops guy execute him and some other hosts on the beach.
We don't know what happened to anyone else, save for Teddy, who's one of the hosts dead in the water. Definitely curious to know what happened in those two weeks!
