Walking Dead- Kinda a filler ep, though we learn a few things. Like what Carol did while she was exiled. Which was nothing really, just sitting around being sad. But then she saw the smoke from the prison and headed there, and you know what happened after that. Weirdly, all the flashbacks this ep where of Carol looking at smoke.
Anyways, we get a reminder of how she used to be in an abusive relationship, but the zombie apocalypse awakened her to be the kinda person she always wanted to be.
Truthfully, this ep coulda been much shorter. Basically, Caryl follow the car to Atlanta, but they run out of gas. So, they hide in an old battered women's shelter Carol stayed at for a day. They get robbed by Everybody Hates Chris, who steals their weapons to rescue Beth (not that they find that out until the end). They find a van with the crosses teetering over a bridge, figure out it may have come from Grady Memorial Hospital, and then basically have to take cover in it and then fall off the bridge to escape some zombies.
They eventually blunder into Noah and get their weapons back. Daryl wants to leave Noah for dead, since he robbed them, and almost got Carol killed by shoving a zombie on her. But Carol asks Daryl to save him, and he does. Good thing too, because he explains he wanted to rescue Beth, but they have to flee because the cops may have heard their gunshots when they were fighting off zombies.
So, they try to sneak away, but the cops hit Carol with their car. So alas, it was not some cool infiltration plan when Beth saw Carol, she was legitimately hurt. Daryl wants to rescue her then and there, but she's hurt bad, and Noah explains to him that they're going to patch Carol up, so best to let them take her and have them fix her up. They can come back to rescue her and Beth later. Noah warns Daryl that they have people and guns, but Daryl says so does he.
The ep ends with Daryl and Noah driving off, presumably to the church, so unless Daryl has more misadventures, the person Daryl told to come out a few eps ago is probably Noah.
