TV commentary:
Arrow- Suicide Squad! They even had Harley Quinn, albeit from off screen. And heh, did they really just bring Shrapnel back only to kill him off pretty quick?
I still don't get Amanda's plan though? I mean, she was using the kill chips as trackers, and the drone was homing in on that. But again, the chips are trackers, so she and her people should know where everyone is, and that Deadshot was no longer at the target. Not sure why she needed to continue to have the drone track him. They confirmed the stuff was there, and could not easily be moved. As Lila said, one missile would level the entire house. So at that point, when she saw they were bugging out, why not reprogram the drone to just fire at the house.
Of course, Lila said the blast would be huge, but apparently not, since the missile blew up real close to them and they were just fine. But regardless, I don't get how a drone strike gives her plausible deniability? Sending in the Suicide Squad, they can be disavowed if they get killed or captured, so there's no trace back to them. There is a trace back to the US from the drone strike. Though I suppose this is a fictionalized version of the world, maybe someone other than us does drone strikes against targets in other countries. So then was she claiming that the seal team they sent in to clean things up was the link back to them, and if some drone struck the place, they could be all, "What drone? It wasn't us!" Again, that's her own fault, they have real time tracking of the squad, why didn't she just switch the drone to shooting the house?
But ha, I didn't realize they had never used the Deathstroke name on this show up until this point! Like when Amanda was all, "That's impossible, Slade Wilson is dead!" to Ollie, and he asks her to check her intel, she's all, "Well, we have been tracing this guy who calls himself Deathstroke!" I was amused they were acting like its some big reveal.
Justified- See ya! Finally, that psycho Danny is dead. And in a rather amusing way. He challenges Raylan, bring up the 21 foot rule. Raylan is of course, totally clueless about this, thinking its an distance/accuracy thing, telling Danny, "dude, I can hit a bullseye from 50 YARDS!" So Danny charges him, but we don't get to see if Raylan is fast enough to kill him, because he accidentally falls into the empty hole that was dug for poor Chelsea and stabs himself in the head with his own knife! HA!
But yeah, the rest of the Crowes should consider themselves lucky, since the guy was a whack-job. I mean, its not surprising Kendal ran away- he frickin shot Jean Baptiste for no reason, of course he shuddered to think how his brother-uncle would react to his prized dog getting killed. Heh, I did find it kinda cute that he was actually asking Allison to run away with him. Its ballsy, like he's just a little kid, and he asking this older hottie he hardly knows if they could be together, far, far away?
Things aren't going great for Boyd, since Raylan was able to seize the drugs that Dewey tried to steal (minus the four bags Danny had to give up to the dealer that ratted Dewey out). Which is bad given Duffy just invited some old associate (played by Mary Steenburgen!) to evaluate the current situation, since Picker basically says Boyd is an albatross around his neck and he's too close to Boyd to see it. Which, why IS Wynn so fond of Boyd?
