Yesterday

I had forgotten to make any postage yesterday, even though I had some things to say. But I had gotten caught up in this and that. Anywho, I cannot believe I didn't wake up until noon yesterday. I guess its expected given how little sleep I got Friday through Monday, but it was still shocking to wake up and see 1151 on my alarm clock.

I had some pretty strange dreamage. I dreamt I was actually on a soon to be cancelled TV series. Not as an actor, but a character. Everyone else was acting normal, but I somehow knew that we were really on a TV show, and there were only a few eps left. And I still don't understand what it was about, because there were parts that were kinda medieval, and the townspeople all slowly getting possessed by monsters. I remember this guy, who seemed very much like Raven from Zoids testing the defenses of this giant cathedral, and he seemingly got caught, but it was like a magical shadow that he was scouting with, not his actual self. Then, I was in the cathedral, and it was like a school library, and I remember I was looking for my dorm roommate and there was the big championship football game that we won, and in the post game celebration, I was talking to other students about what was gonna happen after everything ended. It was all quite strange.

Another reason I didn't like waking up late was because that means I wouldn't be able to have lunch until I got ready, and you know how long that takes me. For some reason, I find it difficult to just throw something on and run somewhere right quick and bring it back. I have to primp myself up if I'm going to leave the house.

Anyways, hadn't had a publix sub in a while, so I went there and made my weekly media play run afterwards. Heh, I think they know me by name there now. I got the latest Salvatore, "A Thousand Orcs", as well as SS3. I was a little hesitant to buy that, since I was afraid the Media Play cutie might get all offended given current events and be all "How could you!?" Owel, I think I should ask her out one of these days. I mean, she doesn't seem disinterested in me at all, and there's a little flirting going on. Then again, it could be just a repeat of the Jennie the waitress situation.

Anyways, SS3 is fun, it has original levels, as well as SS Ex. Though I can't believe I can't get past the hand glider level, having to go through the loading docks instead. The "High Noon" strategy doesn't seem to work. Mebbe I should kick up the off speed. And increase the reticle size as well. I'm thinking around 35, that would put it at 85% of default. I especially like the casino level. Its mostly CQB, and the boss on this giant fast spinning roulette wheel along with some hostages. I know I can do this so easy if I hit the zone. Its weird, because I don't think I can do it with any conscious effort, it would be all reflex and instinct. I mean, its just like the spinning wheel in Police Trainer. I'm not even consciously aiming or anything.
