TV Commentary:
HIMYM- Well, this at least washed the bad taste of tonight's GG out of my mouth. Awesome twist there at the end! Barney plans an elaborate proposal for Quinn, so you think she's the bride. But nope, cut to the future, where Ted goes to speak to the bride... who is Robin! That's not the only thing we'll have to wait for next season how things got to there. Ted calls up Victoria to see if maybe they could give it another go. And she shows up, having fled from her wedding. She's all, let's run off together. And at first Ted seems like he might. (we know the future and we know he doesn't end up with her, why go down this route?) But then he says he doesn't want to make a possibly crazy mistake and indulge what are prolly just wedding day jitters for her (despite her saying she was looking for an excuse last year to leave her fiancee for Ted), so he's just dropping her off. And she's all, he's right, and she just needed to hear him say it would be a colossal mistake.
Only he doesn't drop her off. He drives past the church, and it seems like they're content with running off together. Which again, we know they don't end up together, so we know this isn't going to last since he has to meet the Mother at Barney and Robin's wedding.
And the Mother is obviously going to be Barney's half-sister whom we haven't seen yet. That's someone who would be at Barney and Robin's wedding that Ted has somehow not met. Plus, back when they introduced Barney's dad's new family, they off-handedly mention she's in college. Gee, perhaps taking that wrong class Ted went to his first day teaching. Why bother having Barney have a mysterious sister whom we haven't seen if that's not were they're going with it?!
Hawaii Five-O- So Chin has to decide between saving Kono or Malia, and are people really asking, "How could he choose Malia?" Granted, Kono is one of the actual cast members, while Malia is only a guest. But she's also Chin's friggin wife! I know Kono is his cousin and therefore family, but so is Malia, given they're married! I mean, its a shitty decision to have to choose who to save, but I think its ridiculous that people are up in arms because he chose his own wife!
